My past experience includes Real Time Software dedicated to Large Telephonic Exchange Development Programs [70’s], Software Engineering Standardisation and Company Organisation Auditing [80’s], System Development Methodology and Development of Quality Management System [90’s], Large C4I System Tendering (Program Management, Quality Management and Risk Management), Systems Complexity and Systems of Systems Engineering.
After a Master in Physics at the Université de Paris [1969], I obtained an Engineer degree in Electronics at the Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité [1972] and completed a Computer System Design DESS from the IAE, Paris [1987].
I started working in a French subsidiary of ITT Europe, as a Software Systems Development engineer, then in CAP Gemini, as a consultant in Systems Engineering and Project Management and last, rejoined MATRA and EADS as Systems Quality and Engineering expert. Since 2003 I continued intervening in the Systems Engineering domain, specially for subjects relevant to Capability & Maturity Indicators, System Complexity, Systems of Systems and Large Systems Development, as a member of AFIS, the INCOSE’s French Associate.
