Ross Meador

Ross Meador is a lawyer, entrepreneur, investor, teacher and philanthropist.

Now an internationally recognized authority on international business and law, Ross’s career began in Vietnam in 1974 when he went alone to Saigon to open the wartime office for a child welfare organization, Friends of Children of Vietnam. The story of his evacuation from the roof of the American Embassy in Saigon has been told in several books and screenplays. His organization was nominated for the Presidential Medal of Freedom and his photographs are in the permanent collection of the Gerald Ford Presidential Museum.

Ross graduated from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law (1986. He is a former partner of Preston Gates & Ellis (the firm founded by Bill Gates Sr.; now K&L Gates), prior to which he practiced with Howard, Rice and Morrison & Foerster for 14 years. Ross also founded (and later sold) the executive training company, Advanced Global Connections, and he has lectured on business and entrepreneurship in many venues, including the Hass School of Business and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. He has practiced law in Korea, Indonesia and Vietnam and is currently the Principal at Rogers & Meador in Berkeley, California, and Senior Foreign Legal Advisor to Vietnam International Law Firm (VILAF) in Hanoi.

Ross serves on the Executive Committee of the International Section of the California Bar Association and is listed in Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who in Finance and Business, Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World.

Ly H.T. Pham

With over twenty five years of system software management, consulting and entrepreneur experience, Ly currently serves as chief executive officer and founder of Mobiscale. Prior to Mobiscale, she was CEO at Bluekey Services Inc. and Turbolinux Inc., SVP at Cray Inc., COO at Onscreen24, CTO at Vtel corp, and held other senior management roles at Apple Computer Inc. and Wang Laboratories, Inc. She was a venture advisor to IDG VN, a venture fund investing in Vietnam and a director of Vietnamese Silicon Valley Network. She is a co-inventor of ten granted patents. Ly received a B.A. in Mathematics, an M.S. in Information Systems from Boston University, a Presidential/ Key Executive M.B.A. from Pepperdine University, and is currently enrolled in the Human and Organization Systems PhD program with Fielding Graduate University.

Yuric Hannart

Yuric Hannart is the founder and CEO of Ontelix Networks. The company buils email server appliance to address the needs of Small to Medium Enterprises. Yuric has had over 15 years of experience in technology.

He specializes in Internet and wireless products and has held positions over the past ten years at Intuit, Netcom and Palm Wireless where he was involved at a senior level in marketing and business development.
