Ly K. Tran is the Vice President of Business Development and Co-Founder of AtHoc, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise-class Emergency Notifications System for the defense and commercial sectors. Customers using AtHoc’s software include the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Strategic Command and Boeing.
