Chien Nguyen
Chien Nguyen currently is the President and CEO of Acronics Systems, Inc. (www.acronics.com). Before founding Acronics, he was the Founder, President and CEO of Acropolis Systems, Inc.
Prior to Acropolis, he was the Vice President Engineering and a Co-Founder of Solflower Computers, Inc. Mr. Nguyen has over 25 years of experience in the Electronics and Computer industries, during which he held various positions in technical engineering and executive levels in corporate management.
He was a technical manager at Sun Microsystems, Inc. and a co-architect for the first generation of the Sun SPARC Workstations. He was a technical consultant for various hi-tech companies in the Silicon Valley, including Adaptec, MediaQ, HP, Sony, Hitachi, TRW, Inc. (now is a part of Northrop Grumman), and Kaiser Electronics/McDonnell Douglas Aerospace.
Mr. Nguyen receives his education for a B.S. program in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a M.S. program in Computer Science from the Santa Clara University.
