Thuy T. Le

Thuy T. Le is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at San Jose State University. Beside teaching activities, he currently serves as department graduate research advisor for digital area, director of Digital Interfacing Laboratory, coordinator of curriculum assessment and accreditation, and advisor of Vietnamese Engineering Student Association (VESA) at San Jose State University.

In the past 20 years, he has held several research positions at several U.S. national laboratories and has been consultant for several private companies across the nation. He has served as advisor, general chair, technical program chair, session chair, reviewer, and committee member of many technical international conferences and symposiums.

Prof. Le has interests in helping to develop Vietnam through the enhancement of education, science and technology. He would like to help in bridging high-tech industries in the U.S. to Vietnam and bring support from industries to universities. He also has interest in seeking educational support for poor children at all levels, in forms of scholarships and awards. Prof. Le earned his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D degrees all from the University of California at Berkeley. Thuy T. Le is advisor of VSVN.
